About Us

EMERGING GROWTH is located in Southern California, in La Jolla, about 20 minutes from the San Diego airport. Although the San Diego area has a strong entrepreneurial community, we recognize that entrepreneurship thrives in many other areas. 90% of our clients are located all across the US, with only about 10% being from the San Diego region.

As a botique advisory firm, we believe in quality over quantity, in long-term client relationships, and in working with the market leaders - even if you are a start-up.

We also believe that committing to attempt extreme mental and physical challenges helps build up the stamina and mental endurance that entrepreneurship sometimes require. EMERGING GROWTH's executive team is active in Ironman racing and long-distance ultra-running, and we regularly encourage our associates to set goals and complete appropriate challeges according to their readiness level.
